JRT Mechanical was facing a costly and inefficient software environment. The company was spending over $140,000 annually on more than 15 different software tools, many of which were not integrated. CEO Carl expressed the frustration, saying, “We are paying over $140k a year for about 15 different software tools. A few issues we have are most of the tools aren’t connected, and we only used 20-40 percent of the actual tools. We figured if we are going to pay the money, we might as well pay for a solution that actually works for us.”
