As a Product Owner, Travis works closely with our clients to uncover and understand their challenges and turn those insights into clear direction that leads to real solutions. He leads discovery conversations, advocates priorities, and helps ensure that we build the best solutions that create real-life value.
He often jokes that his role is “talking to customers so the engineers don’t have to,” but in reality, he thrives on building strong relationships and uncovering problems worth solving.
Travis is a people-first leader with a background in business and marketing, real estate, ministry, and holds a master’s degree in transformational leadership. Before joining Xeratec, he spent over eight years serving as a pastor, where he developed a strong ability to listen, ask the right questions, and guide people through complex problems – skills he brings to the table in every client interaction.
Strong coffee, time with God, his family, outdoor adventures, and the Green Bay Packers (most of the time).
His faith foundation shapes how he leads, serves, and builds relationships. He cares deeply about people and enjoys helping teams gain clarity, find success, and bringing things across the finish line. That and being part of such an awesome team here at Xeratec!
Travis makes his own maple syrup and is always working on perfecting his craft of smoking BBQ – someone has to take the burden of taste testing seriously!
